Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking & Deposit All guided ice fishing trips with The Panfish Connection require a non‑refundable $150 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit secures your date and guide services and is applied toward the total trip cost. Remaining balance is due on the day of the trip unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellations: Trips must be canceled at least 5 days prior to the scheduled trip date. No additional cancellation fees will be charged beyond the non-refundable $150 deposit. Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled trip date forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be responsible for 100% of the guide fee. Guide Cancellations: If The Panfish Connection must cancel due to unsafe ice conditions, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit. Weather & Ice Conditions Safety is our top priority. Trip decisions related to weather or ice conditions are made solely by The Panfish Connection. Trips canceled by the guide for safety reasons are not considered client cancellations. Late Arrivals Late arrival may result in reduced trip time. Trips will not be extended due to late arrival, and no refunds will be issued. Acknowledgment By submitting a deposit and booking a trip, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Cancellation Policy. The Panfish Connection reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
